Riding All Day
In the morning, Georgie and I went skiing.
The snow was excellent, and although the resort got really, really busy we cruised around on the lower mountain when it snowed and went higher when it stopped. We found a new run, too, in between the trees of Goat's Eye- see top right!
After a few hours' skiing, we went for some dinner then switched our skis for snowboards. We headed up Wawa for a run...

So you have declared publicly what we all know privately - boards may look cool but are they practical? ... NAH!! ....
I also spotted that your brother said he has been avidly reading to catch up with your news.
Hmmm. I wonder...!!! ??

What a great blog update thank you for such a super read. I feel exhausted keeping up with you and all your days zipping abround the resort. I liked the action photo of you skiing, technique looks pretty sound to me and the lessons you've had must have been very enjoyable.
It also sounds like you 'Hill People' work hard and play hard and the last party looks a hoot. It must be great to be part of that community and I trust Mike will be replaced soon as he must have been a valuable part of the team!
Hope you are enjoying your new watch - how quaint to have hands.. but I guess the most important function is the alarm? I presume it will be excellent for aviation as well?
Hope you enjoy the lull before the Easter storm. Take care. xxx
