Peace Reigns

Or, shall I say Pococurantism Reigns.

Yesterday. Got up. Ate breakfast. Went to work. Did work. Went for lunch break. Got supplementary job (okay, so something might have happened). Ate lunch. Did more work. Went for a ride break. Skied off a cliff (small one). Went back to work. Did some more work. Finished work. Had dinner. Checked emails. Went to Trappers. Won a game of pool. Lost a game of pool. Had a shower. Went to bed.

Today. Got up. Ate breakfast. Went to work....

Okay, much the same really. Other than I took my skis and blades to get tuned, I didn't go for a ride break, I didn't get yet another job, I didn't go to Trappers, I didn't play pool.

I will update my blog when more interesting things happen (maybe Saturday). Until then, don't hold your breath unless you want more of the above...

Still, it's nice to relax for a bit.

  • It sounds as if a routine has been set..... you have now officially joined the ranks of the workforce - yes it may be a bit repetitive at times but its great to have a healthy bank balance and it sure beats being bored.

So, Trappers is the 'in place' for a game of pool and probably a very popular drinking den. does anything happen that resembles 'apres ski' like we experienced in St Anton? Skimply glad flouzies dancing on tables in ski boots etc?

What constitutes cliff skiing - is it by design or accident? No doubt you are getting to know the resort really well now - is a 'ride break' something you do in your lunch break? Sounds intriguing.....

  • OK - point taken.. Although I did LOL, I think we can all wait until Saturday for your next news!!

Anyway, the article entitled Acute Gastris was funny enough to last more than a week...:-)

Enjoy your ski-breaks on your newly tuned skis and blades
