Working Weekend
Not a huge amount to say. Up both days at 5:15, at work an hour later. Both days two dishwashers were on duty, so I spent a lot of the morning helping out with the food prep. Come about 10:00, I would be back in the dishpit until about 4:00, by which time 1,000 had eaten and all their cutlery, plates and utensils along with the cooking equipment would have been washed by yours faithfully and team-mate Tony.
Back the the SameSun, spag bol for dinner, early bed.
Not sure if I will update this blog every day from now on. Not much interesting is happening...

If you've got a team-mate called Tony, you should have NO PROBLEMS.... ☺

Good grief, holiday and getting paid for it too. Sounds like a great time, beats Warminster hands down by the sounds of things. I too enjoy the Canadian Experience, even managed to get a bit of 'kitchen time' in on my last BATUS visit. Keep up the 'pan bash', and having a great time. AR
