A Day of Doing Stuff
Well, I didn't do much today that wasn't eating, walking from A to B, popping in to work for unfinished business, using the phone, watching TV, practicing my sax, visiting the 'wash', visiting David on the slopes, collecting my DHL package (which came at last), changing clothes, tidying my room, reading a book, updating my blog, sleeping, performing at an audition, wandering arond for no particular reason, getting into bed, visiting others' rooms, socialising with the instructors in Trappers, watching things on YouTube, checking and answering emails and finally reattaching my bedside lamp to my bed (in no particular order, of course).
No, really, I spent a lot of time with Patrick today perfecting the tunes we were playing at our audition, as well as getting to know all our new music (the Christmas music is painfully simple, but hey- we only have to play it for 2 weeks...). Then we went for our audition at 3:00, but it changed at short notice to 6:00 so I had to amuse myself (oh, no!) for a few hours. I'm glad to say that it went really well (even though Of Spain got a bit dodgy), and we were offered the job. We start this Saturday for 8-10pm, so we've got a bit of work to do before then!

Great news laddie - I always said you'd need two jobs (two incomes) to sustain your up-mountain lifestyle!
On the other hand, you ably demonstrated how easily it is to get bored on days off - when you're busy you yearn for free time but when you have free time you soon want to get busy again! Such are the difficult balances of life!

How did your days off go this week? I can imagine you don't have many spare hours in which to relax but the good thing is at your age you can achieve (almost) anything you want. So well done for looking after your sibling and bearing in mind this is probably peak season, things should quieten down again soon.
At least you find time to discover all about the winch cat and all the goings on which was fascinating. You really are part of the workforce at Sunshine to be able to just 'hop on board'.
You have spread a lot of 'Sunshine Happiness' around the world with your lovely ski photocards and people are telling us how delighted they are to have received them.
Have fun and we look forward to your next update.

Dear sir,
I have been very much amused reading your blog over the last few months; it has brightened my life! However, I am disappointed that it is now two weeks out of date. I hope that you will be catching up soon - please say you will!!
