Views of Banff
People have been complaining of my blog which has mostly been prose in recent days. But in recent days, I have been taking the odd (slightly irrelevant) photo, so here they are:
This is the Bow River which carved the valley in which Banff and Canmore lie. On this particularly cloudy day, you can just see snow falling on the distant mountains (where Sunshine is, in fact)

The view from the Banff Centre, where I'll be going tonight for Radical Reels(I've managed to convince most of the hostel to go and visit this now!). This is looking over the rest of the Banff Centre, and the Banff Springs neighbourhood (left)where I might have lived. Yes, those are the same mountains as the previous image...
I think this is Sulphur Mountain, as seen from along Banff highstreet. There has been improvements going on for months now, which should be finished when the snow comes (so no-one can see them...)

SO GLAD you took the hint. The photos are fab and add a lot to your blog. Great memories of Banff from when I was there a few years back (with you, as I recall!). Snow coming soon?
